Overview
Taupō TOP 10 is a Superior TOP 10 park on 5 acres at 16 Rangatira Street. It's about a 20-minute walk from the town centre and the Lake Taupō waterfront.
It's a full-facility family park, with a large swimming pool, a thermal plunge pool and hot tubs you can book.
Who it suits
- Campervan and RV travellers: spacious powered sites and a dump station
- Families: a jumping pillow, basketball half court, games room, pickleball and pedal karts for hire. There's no kids club.
- Coffee lovers: there's barista coffee on site
Before you plug in
You'll need an RCD lead to connect to power, and caravans and campervans need a current electrical warrant of fitness (EWOF). Without them, you may not be able to use a powered site.
